How will I know my order is being processed?
You will receive an email form Colas Haircollection notifying you that your order has been processed and shipped. The email will also contain your tacking number and invoice. 
Shipping time?
Shipping time is based on what you choose. All packages are shipped via USPS. *COVID-19 delays may be in effect*
How long does order processing?
Normally, 3-5 business days for bundles, closures, frontals & factory wigs, and 6-10 business days for custom units. However due to COVID-19 there will be a 2-3 days delay on orders.
